Hand Crafted Mini-Marimbas
Our hand crafted mini-marimbas are precisely tuned, finely crafted musical instruments made with Black Locust (Robinia pseudoacacia) keys harvested from our farm and locally sourced Black Walnut or White Ash bases. We offer 3 sizes and 2 standard tunings. These instruments are light, portable, and well built, perfect for schools, camping, or the home. Each marimba comes with 2 hardwood mallets fitted with high impact silicon rubber balls.
Tunings
The mini-marimbas readily available are tuned to A minor pentatonic (A C D E G A) or C minor pentatonic (C Eflat F G Bflat C). Custom tunings are available upon request. The pentatonic scale allows for worry-free playing as their are no “wrong” notes.

The mini-marimbas are available in 3 standard sizes:
- Small: 16inches by 12inches (6 keys)
- Medium: 16inches by 16inches (6 keys)
- Large: 26inches by 16inches (10 keys)
