Unique Water Play Creations
Our water play pieces are designed to inspire maximum engagement and imaginary play combining wood and water. We use local, durable, and rot resistant Black Locust and industrial grade stainless steel hardware for our water play elements. The low-flow fucets enable a sense of control and indepence in the children while still conserving water. Water towers are approximately 4 feet long. Upon installation, two feet of the tower is buried and two feet remain above ground. Simply connect a garden hose to the hose adapter at ground level and the faucet will dispense water when pressed. Water troughs are approximately 4-5 feet long. Simply attatch the faucet to the end of a garden hose and slip through the hole at the end of the trough. Ready for fun! Black locust is known as a powerhouse plant in sustainable agriculture because it grows quickly, regenerates easily, and fixes nitrogen in the soil as it grows, making vital nutrients available to other plants growing nearby. Locust is traditionally used for fence posts or foundation piers, and according to local old timers it lasts 3 years longer than stone in the ground.
